The studio
BESPOKE cycling studio is easily accessible off Route 1 in Stonington, CT with ample parking. The studio is located in the iconic Velvet Mill, a facility that also offers: shops, eateries, a weekly farmers market and much more!
The bikes
We ride on state-of-the-art Keiser M3i bikes. Fully connected riding is a key aspect of the M3i with Keiser's M Series Apps and ability to connect with other 3rd party apps. M3i bikes have an intuitive, simple to read console displaying cadence, power, Kcals, heart rate, ride time, odometer, trip distance, and gear, all on one screen as well as magnetic resistance for a smooth and quiet workout.
